Amy Franklin
Volunteer Executive Director
Amy Franklin serves as Volunteer Executive Director of the South Carolina Tennis Foundation, where she works with the Board of Directors and community partners to expand opportunities, award grants and scholarships, support adaptive and underserved tennis programs, and preserve South Carolina’s rich tennis history.
Amy brings more than 30 years of experience in tennis, nonprofit leadership, volunteer development, and community engagement. Before moving to South Carolina, she spent 25 years with USTA North Carolina and the North Carolina Tennis Foundation. She has served tennis at the local, state, sectional, and national levels and currently serves as Vice Chair of the USTA Volunteer Engagement Committee, Member of the USTA Southern Adaptive Committee, Chair of the USTA South Carolina Awards Committee, and Chair of the USTA South Carolina Adaptive Tennis Sub-Committee. She serves on the board of her local Community Tennis Association and is a co-founder and volunteer facilitator of CTA L.E.A.D., a national leadership-development program for Community Tennis Association leaders.
A graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management, Amy also earned an MBA from North Carolina State University. She is a USTA Master Trainer and PTR-certified tennis professional whose work is grounded in connecting people, developing leaders, and using tennis to strengthen communities.
Amy lives in Beaufort and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Marcia Littlefield
Operations Coordinator
Marcia Littlefield serves as Operations Coordinator for the South Carolina Tennis Foundation, bringing extensive experience in nonprofit administration, accounting, event planning, and tennis programming. Previously, she served as Coordinator of Accounting, Administration and Events for USTA Kentucky and the Raise a Racquet Foundation, where she supported grant and scholarship programs, donor development, board operations, communications, and the annual Hall of Fame banquet.
A longtime tennis advocate, Marcia has also served as a tournament director and USTA-certified official. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and heart for service support the Foundation’s mission to enhance lives through tennis while preserving South Carolina’s rich tennis history.
Outside of work, Marcia enjoys playing tennis and guitar, traveling, participating in church activities, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and poodles.
